Problem is, everybody would claim their ban was unjust. It's funny because we get people who come in here all the time claiming their ban was unfair. They can say whatever they want, but the only people who know for sure what actually happened is the person in question and the admin who banned them. You wouldn't believe the amount of times someone comes in here all worked up, claiming they did nothing wrong, just to find out they were caught on video fly hacking all over the place. Our admins do not ban for no reason. They'd have no incentive to do that. They must have seen something that warranted them to issue the ban. Maybe a situation was misinterpreted, or maybe it wasn't. Like I said, no way for people who aren't involved to know for sure.

So with that being said, the best course of action is to work through the tickets in order, to ensure everybody gets proper and fair treatment as soon as possible. The second we start deviating from our protocol, is when we get sloppy.

That's a ridiculous statement to just throw out there.
Why would we ban somebody without a proper reason? Banning someone for nothing does not benefit us, banning their teammates does not either.
What do we get out of banning someone for no reason? Nothing. So why would we do that in this case?

It is a very common thing to just accuse admins of not having any evidence just because we do not show it to you.
I can assure you that we always have evidence when banning, however it is kept within the admin team.
This is to make sure no cheaters will benefit from knowing our methods and that way knowing what to avoid doing.
