Looking into it right now. I can say that the ban you saw is a temp ban by EAC. You can tell the difference as it's not visible on the player's Steam profile

Those are normally 72 hour holds by EAC. They don't necessarily mean that a player is 100% hacking as they're lifted quite often. Doesn't mean they're not cheating though but it's different than being gamebanned.

Well there is a way but that wouldn't be efficient to detect cheaters. 20 minutes is also not a long time as we own over 15+ servers and admins have lives too, that's also excluding tickets people have made before you. Sorry for the inconvenience but you need to be patient.
