They can't serve as bait or fight back basically as that's when issues can definitely start. The roleplay stuff can be awesome- just obviously be wary of the potential issues that can arise when people group like that and do everything you can to not make yourself be vulnerable to it. If someone comes to attack/troll/whatever, only your group can defend

Ok so when you submit a ticket regarding something like a rulebreaker or bug at example you only need to make 1 ticket. You should get a message in chat that tells you your ticket was submitted and the ticket id. You can check that with /ticket list aswell. If the ticket did not come through you should create a new ticket regarding that
