If you are received the Disconenction message World File Mismatch error
then follow this step:

Head over to this folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\maps) and find the procedural map which it should give you in the disconnection message and delete it and try connect then.

Could some admin look into my problem:
I was playing in EU long first time ever 5th of May for maybe 30 mins till I got disconnected and placed back in queue. So I bought a VIP (EU Long) 6th of May and tried logging in, only to discover I've been banned for using an "IP grabber". I've never cheated in any video game and I'm definitely not using any sort of program to grab IP's of a game.

So I made an appeal 6th of May and also PM'ed Luke about the problem. Yesterday I was able to check the status of the appeal and it just stated "appeal denied, this is final". Also received no response from Luke. So now I'm left with VIP which I can't use since I'm banned and nobody has given me any explanation why I'm banned, other than the blatant "IP grabber" message in-game.

Feeling a bit scammed and considering a charge-back if nothing happens. I've been quite patient, I've posted this problem here probably at least 4 times in weeks time and still there hasn't been any progress.

I'll try to give you an answer as best as i ca to regarding all your points.

First of all do we not tolerate anyone "ip-grabbing" ingame or in our discord. Doing such will get you banned. Regarding the "explanation" -> we do not provide you with any information/proof.
If it would have been a mistake your appeal would have been accepted and you would be able to play our servers.
IP-Grabbing can be done super quick and does not necessary need a fancy website or program. Often it just needs a link that looks like a legit link.
If your appeal has been denied you should look for another server to play on because this is a final decision on your appeal.
Luke is one of our admins but he has not to be the one dealing with your ban. it can be another admin. Also is he very busy dealing with vip/kit questions & issues/general issues/tickets/appeals daily. It sometimes takes longer to receive an answer.
Regarding scamming -> i would like to mention that you should have a look at our terms for queue skip (VIP). In simple words: If you used our Vip package to skip queue one time and it worked it is considered a successful purchase.
Posting it multiple times in here will not change the decision on your ban appeal.
