We'll, let's give it a go. Last saturday, 6. of May bought a VIP (EU long), trying to log in and noticed that I'd been banned for using an "IP GRABBER" . Which I'm not using. Made an appeal, DM'd Luke. Today I was able to check the appeal and is just says denied, without any explanation to my claims, got no answer from Luke and now I've spent the money on a VIP without being able to use it and without being given any explanation why I was banned.

If you are received the Disconenction message World File Mismatch error
then follow this step:

Head over to this folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\maps) and find the procedural map which it should give you in the disconnection message and delete it and try connect then.
