I let my friend on my account back in June 2020 when i took a break from rust for like a few months. and he had a banned account and i didn't know. and it screwed up my entire account. I got banned from a few servers but they all appealed it. I have chat logs showing the issue and the situation/problem.

some of the laziest and unreliable moderation and admin team that ive ever had to work with and it is the most disappointing and aggravating outcome every single time i need help, whether it is in game or with kit problems, we have clear and concise evidence of people cheating and ddosing and all we get is, make a ticket which we do and everytime ive made one i get the same exact copy and paste answer as i have for the past 2 months every single time. today we were raided by a clan that has been accused by 3 other clans other than us of cheating and ddosing, while being raided we were kicked from the server and couldnt join back for intervals of 10-15 minutes at a time, when making a ticket and joining the support vc we were given the answer that it is a "coincidence" that we just happened to be lagging when they came but the second they leave everything is fine again, when it happens to 3 other groups that have the same exact experience you cant be calling it a coincidence, then we are told it was the rustoria server itself that was having the issues, i never have problems with the us 10x, i get maybe 40 ping on a bad day. there normally isnt much lag which is one of the strong points of the server.

i find it hard to play in a server that has so many cheaters that i can see getting banned in the global chat but when we find them we get some lazy answers or no help with the situation at all
