I believe Rustoria has an auto-detect program that checks IPs to see if they have been banned and auto-bans anyone with that IP. I was banned on connection because I use a VPN and some hacker probably used that VPN to cheat and got it listed as an IP ban. I am going to appeal to see if that is the case.
