Regarding the response to your ticket, if you'd like an in-depth explanation behind my thought-process, here it is:
People do not just despawn all their loot because they get called out for cheating. The server is wiping tomorrow as stated in the ticket, which could easily explain why they despawned, therefore making the argument invalid and not something we would automatically ban for.

Furthermore, we cannot spectate people if they are offline because someone decided to call them out in chat and ruin any form of investigation we could have done. Our chance of finding anything suspicious would be significantly reduced in this case.
