is there any admin that can actually help me? ive had 2 tickets with no help. you guys claim you take cheaters seriously but obviously not. its been over a week and these 2 players continuously brag in chat about they havent been banned yet. one of them has been previously banned off your servers for scripting and has said in global chat that he has permission from an admin to ban evade which is the stupidest thing ive ever heard. he has posted links to cheats and all the controls. i have screenshots, you can check chat logs, and whether you guys have cftools, battlemetrics, etc, you can check his account and see if his previously banned account is linked by ip. he has admitted in global chat to buying new $10 accounts. if he plays on the same ip as he previous account though it will link it on his profile. can one of you please just actually take the time to look into this because obviously the tickets arent working. they just keep getting closed with no help. bad support. get rid of the fucking cheaters that are blatantly bragging about not being banned in global.

None of our admins abuse and none of our admins also are not allowed to play on the servers. We have 40+ chat mods and more then ~8 admins. Everything gets looked and investigated.

Anyone is free to apply in #staff-applications and they get looked at

We have a professional system and it's very effective with the admins we have, and of course more admins would be help but it's also a help when tickets are made properly and we can be even more effective.

Which EAC is Rusts anti cheat. Can take time for it to catch people or can be instantly, just depends.

Like I said EAC has nothing to do with us, I recommend creating a ticket so we can look into it. You also only get notified by them if the player is banned and it'll be in the messages on Rust's home screen.
