I can promise you that spending money on this server doesn't mean that you can't get banned. Before taking any action on any player- our Admin team do investigate exact player you made report on and after that they can decide with investigating being done. I understand your frustration but our Administrators are awesome and they do every possible thing to keep our servers clean.

@versed mural Hey, i have seen you several times coming to discord asking for support that is completely fine but i will tell you this now to you so you hopefully understand how the report system works. You have to do a /ticket in-game which you have done but coming to discord everytime won’t speed up the process. Also when you do suspect them of cheating please do not call them out in chat it just does not help our investigation and if anything it only makes them to toggle as they believe they will be spectated shortly and once we find them not cheating they will just toggle the cheats back on.

How does the banning system for exceeding team limit work. Does it know that someone has exceeded team limit through a moderator or some other form. Also, with the appeal system how long is the average wait, or is it just a "if Admins have available time" kind of thing. I know that the questions are kind of iffy and hard to understand but I hope you get my points. @violet dagger

For that ban question i can’t unfortunately discuss how our procedure are but for the appeals it is pretty much whenever an admin is available. We tend to do it within 1-2 hours but sometimes we just get too busy.
