Hey guys, our team was banned by playing with hacker, but we are 100% sure that no one is hacking in our team and we are pure green players. We've reviewed all the team members background, steam history when recruiting them. Most of our members are new to the game, we've struggled to built a base in this wipe and we all bought your VIP to skip the queue. Now we all got banned and Admin says they are sure that one of the player is hacking but they refuse to provide evidence. We believe that isn't fair and we want our teammates stay in this game. Could you please provide evidence to us and other players in the server so we can accept your bans?

Shenzyyy was 100% correct banning your team- the proof was incredibly clear 😦 Be more careful in the future who you choose to play with.

Please understand that we do not ban lightly. We take measures to verify every decision, supported by clear and impartial evidence. You were not banned for “no reason”. Please take responsibility for the fact that you were indeed playing with someone who was cheating. It’s not an argument but I am trying to patiently answer your questions. I get that you’re frustrated though, but just know that it’s not an incorrect ban. Hope you’re more careful in the future with players who choose to play with and there won’t be any issues. If you ever suspect a teammate, please send in a ticket and part ways with them obviously.

@craggy stirrup I don't believe the team will be banned at this point. The player you mentioned, as this is just public information, seems to have been temp banned by EAC, which can happen for different reasons. It doesn't mean they're cheating, it doesn't mean they're not cheating.

It's always good to send in a ticket obviously. I was looking into report history when it was stated they were "reported 20 times" etc, seems like vast majority were to EAC, which is not to our administration team. Always best to send in a ticket to us (/ticket add (your report with details)) and we'll try our best to get to the bottom of things. But we also have the burden of proof and don't just ban because someone thinks someone else is cheating.

Unfortunately linking YouTube with our system doesn't currently work at the moment, however if you were to link everything else you should receive the rewards as according to which you link. This is due to Googles API terms of service have changed meaning we need to make adjustments our side to comply with them. This involves waiting for a developers availability as well as awaiting verification from Google's API Verification team. Therefore making YouTube linking unavailable at the moment.
