A hacker "FrenkieQQ" was banned on day 2 for cheating and having an alt account with an EAC ban, he was blatantly aimbotting with a custom SMG at launch site at 5AM in the morning whilst his 8/9 man took bradley. He was banned the day after that. His team is still living in n17 on Rustoria - US Medium and the reason is that they said "they kicked him" and apparently someone bought it because they aren't banned for association. They in fact did kick him, but it was after he blatantly aimbotted for them at launch site so they could take bradley. They got all the loot back and eventually kicked him. The problem I have with this is that they did not kick him right away whilst taking bradley. If someone knows their teammate is cheating and does not kick them immediately I believe they should get banned as they were able to get all the loot secured in their base before kicking him. I also believe the reason they kicked him is because they knew he was going to get banned, so to avoid the whole team getting banned they just said they didnt know. There are multiple people constantly complaining in chat about the same group that I am talking about, but nothing has been done because they "didnt know" even though they did at one point, and did not kick him immediately.

Hi, the account he was playing on while in this clan is not game banned any longer. EAC sometimes place temporary holds on accounts and that's why you had a message saying he got banned, he is back on Rust and publicly playing other servers so that's why the teammates are not banned as we didn't manage to see any evidence that they were cheating.

I understand that but from our perspective, we didn't get a chance to spectate the guy as he had logged off, looking at his account he is not game banned. So banning the teammates for playing with someone who is not currently gamebanned and EAC have allowed to return to the game and play other servers, it would be unfair.

Why does it matter if his own teammates admit to him cheating, I don't understand how people can blatantly get away with cheating but just due to a lack of the admins not spectating means no grounds for a ban if they literally admit to him cheating.

From my perspective it seems like as long as someone were to play with a cheater in the early hours of the morning they are perfectly fine to do whatever they want because no admin is there to witness it.
