This doesn't mean there wasn't a previous report on that player that would lead you to get a faster response as there was probably already someone looking at him, and or they had been spectated previously within a short distance so you'd get a quicker response

Go to your Steam Rust folder... Open the folder for your maps and delete the map of the server if you have an issue. If you can not find it, delete all maps.
