Yeah I understand that, but I saw half their clan got banned for hacking last wipe and now one of their members is online typing in chat. I think it's quite weird if playing with hackers in your clan would be allowed? I wasn't the one who reported them for hacking or have no evidence to them doing so, but if they got banned for hacking I don't see why everyone wouldn't get banned and I'd assume you would have already banned him if it was the case.

Like I said if you feel as the ban isn't correct then please create a ticket for it to be further looked into. These bans could always be related to VPN too. There's many different situations and that's why I'd reccomend creating a ticket. I wish I could help more but I dont have a computer with me and being on phone sucks. @hazy vortex
