ok let me explain a little bit wider, so when people are able to play rust on any server without being banned by EAC it means it is not a blatant cheater using a youtube or google cheat. We offer a reporting system via the ingame command /ticket which allows it to interact with an admin. since we have around 14 servers with alot of people playing on it usually takes some time for an admin to check your specific ticket. also there is currently only 1 admins online so pls be patient my guy and you will get a response. Keep in mind they don't ban someone on your ticket immediately, they will have to watch him and then take a decision.
