I was looking at the requirements to apply for staff and one of the requirements require more than 20 hours of work, it doesn't look like these staff members are putting in the work, its getting ridiculous people dont wanna wait so long, especially when people were banned for a false reason.

That's not true, we handle over 100+ tickets daily, The only way is to report them using /ticket in-game. spamming here wont make it any faster.
