I was simply raiding and fighting a group beside me that outnumbered us both so we teamed up. I was then banned for exceeding group limit even though he wasnt on my team. my team werent on. he didnt have tc. and we only were working together for a short time

Do you need to be in a clan to play together
As long as your not exceeding the group limit with the said amount of players then no. However if you group with 5 others and the group limit is 5 than you're breaking the rules by exceeding the group limit. So beware of the amount of people your grouped with.

I believe it is the same as any other server that is not moderating voicechat. You are always welcome to put a feedback/ideas in #feedback-suggestions. But like nova already mentioned we do not moderate voicechat. How to enjoy your game? Turn off the voicechat as soon as you hear someone like this like everybody else would do. If you keep listening to him you decided to listen to him. There won’t be anything I can do about it.
