Interesting- I'll have someone look into that, could have applied it for 12 hrs which is actually the normal time on US Main. It was completely accurate though unfortunately so I'd recommend just refraining from any version of a racial slur in the future. So, it won't be possible for us to separate the mute from general to team chat or anything. It'll expire likely in 2 hours if that's the case
