Hello last time I played in this server was about half to 1 year ago and I mad a DDOS related joke on some other guy that was threatening to ddos the server at the time and I got "falsely" muted in my opinion for 24hrs so after a wile I logged out and Today like 10m ago I was about to play with one of my favourite youtuber that is playing in the server RN as he invited his chat to join him and Turns out I am banned For the reason DDOS threats. @barren river Looking back through your recent conversation it looks like you were discussing race quite intensively and then told another player to say that word. It seems like it was fair under the chat moderator's discretion to assume that you were intentionally or unintentionally baiting another player to do something which would in turn get them muted for racism. So the 12 hours is a standard mute for that. Would be really good (and easy) to just avoid in the future. Totally fine to be toxic but when it comes to racism, there isn't much tolerance on the server system, which hopefully you can understand.

If you feel like someone is breaking a rule (like racism) and it's not being addressed, absolutely feel free to send in a ticket and we'd take a look. But it won't help you to give it to him back. I get that you were frustrated but going about it like that will just lead to your own mute, if that makes sense. And yeah, I'd keep the racial slurs out of any of the conversation.

You cannot false mute a person for racism if in there chat logs there are no racial comments being said. Please fix your rules, you admins make non-stop changes to whatever you feel like and whenever you feel like, I've had experience of it. Regardless, he did not once say anything with a racial comment hence he should be unmuted.
