Let's be honest about cheaters : these servers are full of them, nothing is really done to stop them, even the shitty EAC is more effective. I reported several players, nothing was made by admins, but some where banned by EAC (!). Blattant cheating, most of them already vac ban, low steam profiles with low hours but playing like Posty. I don't believe this problem is taken seriously here when you consider how obvious it is. Just be honest and say "cheaters are welcome", at least everybody is warned.

Please remember that as a server admin there's only so much you can see/do. So if you mean "cheating" by things such as scripts it's almost impossible for any admin, no matter what the server to with 100% certainty know that someone is scripting. Anyone reported via the /ticket system is looked into as soon as it's possible, this being delayed at times due to commitments in real life for some admins overlaping with other staff members so there may be down times

But just be realistic : the number you give is just the tip of the iceberg. And I'm just tired to see that, from my experience, EAC is more efficient than admins.

EAC is an anticheat with much more information than a server admin, you need to remember that we don't have the same tools they do
Just to note as well, checking of the 20-30 people you reported with F7 1 of them was gamebanned, so 1/20-30 people you reported were banned by EAC.

You can't compare a server admin to the company that is providing the anticheat to the game. The admins give up so much of their own free time to make the experience on the server the best as possible. Sure there are downtimes but remember these people are humans and also have lives as well. We do the best to keep the server as free of cheaters as possible. Nobody will ever be perfect, but saying we don't care is just a false statement and is completely against what Rustoria stands for
