Honestly, this is extremely frustrating. My teammate and I had the exact same bug at the same time. He restarted the game and got back in instantly, but I restarted my PC to make sure the error was fixed and now I'm stuck in a massive queue. We were there since the pre-wipe to get the BPs. It feels incredibly unfair that a server-side sync error is ruining my wipe while my teammate is already playing. Is there ANY way a moderator can verify my recent session and help me out? This wasn't a connection issue on my end.

This is the 5th time you've gotten yourself banned for the same thing within a year, in which you have been banned for almost 2 whole months combined. This is clearly a pattern, and you are evidently unable to change this behaviour, which is the reason for you being permanently banned.

We allow for mistakes to happen, but 5 times in a year is no mistake. That behaviour is not welcome here. Nothing you could have said in the appeal would have changed the facts upon which this decision was made.

I know that there is a glitch on server restart which may cause a mute to don't cancel after some time, and player get permanently muted.
