We aren't regulating how players play the game, unless they are cheating or in other ways exploiting the game. I understand that you're frustrated by the situation, but it's simply part of the game and not something we can prevent from happening as an Official server. You're always free to report it to Facepunch using the F7 feature if you believe this mechanic should be changed.
