I would like to submit an appeal regarding my High Risk Account status.

More than 8 months ago, I received an EAC ban on my previous account. This was my first and only ban. According to Facepunch rules, after 8 months I understood that it is allowed to create a new account and purchase Rust again, which is what I did.

After waiting over 8 months, I created a new account and bought Rust on it. I did not attempt to evade the ban during the restricted period, and I respected the waiting time.

On my old account, I had over 5000 hours in Rust, and the game means a lot to me. I understand that receiving the ban was my mistake, and since then I have learned from it and do not intend to repeat it.

I am asking you to please review my case and reconsider the High Risk Account restriction. I am willing to follow all server rules and play fairly.

I believe, that it’s correct, to be suspect-full of relatively newly created accounts, especially in game like rust. However, in this case - I believe, that permanent ban is simply not acceptable. Dude has done legit everything he could to play the game, letting admins know in advance. Because I specifically told him to do so, a month ago, so we won’t get in trouble. I personally know all of the dudes, except two. We’ve not played together for a long time, since everyone is now a grownup, and it’s incredibly hard to gather everyone. @leaden rapids has done everything he could, to make this wipe happen for our group, and most of us won’t be playing with out him. Please, find some understanding of possible, and maybe give him a chance to prove he’s legit.
