Hello, who can help with a problem about a ban without a reason?

I tried to log in from another device to run a water wheel and have electricity. At first, the second account couldn’t join the server for no reason, and then it got banned for cheating — all of this happened on the second device.

I accepted that I wouldn’t have electricity and put my main account on the wheel overnight. In the morning, I got kicked due to a server restart. When I rejoined, I was also banned for cheating without any details.

If needed, I’m ready to пройти any cheat checks on both devices.
