With 20+ servers, thousands of players creating report tickets and players that believe they are incorrectly banned submitting appeals. There is a lot to go through and everyone submitting an appeal wants a fair review which takes time, which is the reason for that estimated wait time

Most cases are dealt with quicker than this and this is only an advised wait time

In either case, we aim to go through appeals as quickly as possible so players understand their position and what to expect but as I mention, everyone and I assume you as well expects a fair reviewal of your appeal so if the ban is a mistake, it gets removed. This will be done as quickly as possible if you've submitted your appeal which it sounds like you have.

Hi, I appealed on the website asking if I could get my ban reduced (because it is my first every association ban in many years of playing) It got accepted to reduce my ban to before medium wipes, but they denied my appeal (because i am not getting completely unbanned only reduced)making me unable to reply to the ticket. They reduced my ban so I am allowed to play medium wipe, but assumed i meant US medium instead of EU medium which wipe at different times. I am hoping to get in contact with the admin that reduced my ban to see if I could get it changed to 10 minutes before EU medium wipes instead of US medium. Thanks!
