I moved recently, but the new house I im in has bad internet, and I've been having random high ping issues. They don't have the best internet services out here, sadly. A mate of mine suggested I use Exitlag to help with the latency issue that keeps occurring. I tried it, but the second I joined a server, "Pickle" server, I was notified that I was Ban Evading... I'm a 34-year-old medically retired vet who does nothing but game. I have over 8K hours in Rust and at least $2K worth of skins, not to mention the other games, and now that this occurred, I'm on my 13-year-old Steam account. Ive never cheated before nor got Ban'd and now that this occured i'm extremely frustrated. I completely deleted Exitlag from my PC after the Pickle community said it was the issue and that it's trash.

My concern is that this will affect other servers I play on, Since i was told that the Admins on Pickle are few and far between, and it could take some time before I hear back on my ticket I submitted. I'm stressing about this, and I just want to play Rust.

Thank you. I've never had a ban on Rustoria or any other server, and I contested the ban on Pickle, but there's been no response yet, and it's been some time. I spoke with the community, who said Pickle didn't have many admins and that it takes a long time to hear back on tickets. I'm just a frustrated old dude who just wants to play and not worry about this stuff. I'm Glad to hear that this won't be an issue on your servers. I already deleted it, and I will just deal with lag until my area gets better internet. I'm not risking this happening again because of VPN cheater stuff. I seriously hate cheaters; they ruin every game.

I was banned from the Rust server a few years ago, and after all this time I’ve had the chance to really reflect on what happened. Looking back, I understand that my actions back then weren’t appropriate and didn’t follow the rules of the server. Over the years I’ve matured and learned from that mistake, and I regret the behavior that led to the ban. I always enjoyed playing on the server because it has a great community and well-run gameplay, which is why I’m hoping to be given another chance. I would really appreciate the opportunity to come back, follow the rules, and prove that I can be a respectful and positive member of the server.
