That cheater was my friend who got banned by EAC for his shitty internet/VPN usage. He got unbanned like a week ago. I filed a ticket for unban and got unbanned along with my other friend. But the original friend who got banned by EAC didn't get unbanned on the server. He can play Rust and other servers, which proves that he is not banned by EAC, but Rustoria didn't unban him still, even though mods told me in the application that they unbanned us all
