We had no idea that we were cheating because he was roaming alone while we farmed a box of materials together. People's efforts shouldn't be so easily disregarded. Why are people being banned simply for having a low playtime? There's a completely unethical banning system. When are the authorities going to take action? In the game I played for two weeks, I had no problems when I was constantly dying due to being a beginner, but after I improved a bit and killed a few players, the system assumed those kills were cheating and banned me – how ridiculous is that? According to you, killing 3-5 other players who are just wearing underwear is enough reason to categorize a player as high-risk. If I get killed countless times over two weeks, I'm not considered a high-risk player, but killing a guy who's just walking around with a rock after I've improved a bit makes me a cheater? Furthermore, the answers you've given here give the impression that even if the banned person is justified, their ban will never be lifted. People are wasting their time trying to appeal bans through the ticket system. Why would a system that bans people based on assumptions without concrete evidence give them a chance to defend themselves and have their ban lifted? If I had cheated, I wouldn't care and would be playing on another server right now. What angers me is the injustice and arbitrary practices here.
