He is literally mocking the server — he entered my base through the walls and is now placing structures inside and destroying everything. I open my own doors and see that he has already built a wall behind them.
I am standing inside my own base watching a cheater abuse your server. I paid for a VIP pass to avoid queue times, and I spent three days building and farming for this base.
I kindly ask the administration to review this case as soon as possible, because this kind of behavior seriously damages the server’s reputation if it continues without immediate action.

If this is the first time something like this has happened on your server, then please take it seriously and give it proper attention. I honestly have not seen such blatant cheating being allowed to continue for a long time.
For a server of this level, this is extremely disappointing. Taking three days to review a case like this is simply unacceptable.
A cheater like this should be banned immediately, and there should be some form of compensation or restoration for the base owner. Otherwise, players will simply stop playing on a server where this kind of behavior is tolerated.

I reported a blatant hacker on an account with 70 hours of rust played in the last 365 days and 40 hours total played on rustoria us main, the admin took 10 minutes to "investigate", and closed my ticket.

I'd like to say that I was probably banned because at the time, my account had few hours of Rust played and my kill/death total was around 7.33. Hello,
After the ban I received around summer, I filed an appeal, which was rejected and ultimately resulted in a ban for cheating. I'd like to say that I was probably banned because at the time, my account had few hours of Rust played and my kill/death total was around 7.33. After the ban, I was offended but still decided to continue play, but this time on Vital x2 monthly servers, where I also received a ban for a high-risk account, which was successfully lifted. Therefore, having played on this account for over 1,000 hours, I would like to get the ban unblocked, as I'm a big fan of your server and consider it the best of the vanilla servers.

It's stupid to see such an attitude towards your players, because if a guy doesn't have 5,000 hours like everyone else, it means he's a cheater because he plays better than others and ultimately remains blocked, even though he's completely clean, without the right to unblock or prove his innocence.
