There's a simple truth to clips like this - player perspective is awful, and in the vast majority of such clips, there's a reasonable explanation. The problem is that once a player has convinced themselves that this was cheating, there's an element of confirmation bias that will stick, no matter what we tell you - it could be cheating, it could equally likely be nothing. If you've reported the player, they will be investigated by an admin directly, not on the basis of clips from your POV. 🙂

Best to wait for that investigation outcome, rather than going around in circles on a clip that realistically shows nothing of consequence

I have seen WAY crazier clips recorded as evidence against large content creators live on stream that were completely and utterly normal when seen from an admin POV - Rust is a buggy, laggy game at the end of the day, missing audio is the least unusual thing.

It's super hard to accept it, I get it - but I mean this in the most genuine sense, that admins have a WAY better view of this sort of thing than players, and we have every reason to believe you and get rid of another cheater, there is no deception or even remote motivation to be deceptive or lazy, and I promise you that if this clip was as damning as you think it is, they would be banned, easy peasy - sadly it's not always (or even often) the case, unfortunately.
