he’s right though ted. he’s new to the game so my friend and i were showing him how to play. we played something like 12 hours a day for 3 days grinding our way to the top, while showing him how to play. we got every single BP possible and were doing amazing, but now we have to find a new server because he was banned for no reason

it’s absolutely ridiculous, we were excited to start next wipe with blueprints

the least you could do is give a reason as to why we have to find a new server to play on.

we understand the point of risk bans, it makes sense. but closing a ticket without even double checking if the ban makes sense is just crazy. then refusing to hear him out too

Hey, so I got rust a few month ago, started playing with my friends on rustoria, half way into my first wipe I got banned for "high risk account", I guess since I had so few hours? But even then its wierd as I was pveing 99% of the time farming for my team, didnt hit any crazy shots, had like 0.2 k/d... I made an apeal on the website right after, I was ignored for like a weak after which I got ghosted and didnt even get any reply... Naturaly I switched to other servers, but it quicly became aperent to me that all other servers suck ass, but now Im stuck with this ban on rustoria... Is there anything I can do? i got banned earlier on Rustoria US Medium premium with just the message ban avaiding and ive never played on another rustoria server or have another account i could have been banned on does anyone know the reason behind why i could have been banned?

so i got banned for playing with a cheater on a wipe i didn't even play. so, my friend invited me to play with 2 of his friend that i had never played with before. apparently 1 of them was ban evading a eac ban which got the whole team banned. the problem is i didn't actually play that wipe. i log on teamviewer on my phone to connect on the server and not be in queue. i kept just respawning so i wouldn't get kicked from the server. when i got home they invited me in team ui and i realized they didn't even have a base yet an hour into the wipe. i had the flu and didn't feel like playing anymore, everyone had guns and they were still prim. so i logged off and never played. then next wipe, i was gonna play another wipe with different people, but when i joined i was banned. i never had any bags or tc or codes. so i would like if my ban could be reduce from a permanent ban. it is my second time to get ban for playing with cheater ever and last one was 2 years ago.

Hi brother, I have a problem. There are two of us living in the same house. I bought two computers, and they are placed on the same desk. I created a Steam account for the first time and started playing Rust. I played 160 hours on the Rustoria server, but after three wipes, my friend and I were banned for “high risk account.”

I submitted an appeal from my account, but it was immediately denied without any chance to respond. My friend was allowed to reply, but then they started accusing us, asking why we are in Vietnam but using a Russian keyboard layout. I explained in the support ticket (not in the appeal chat) that we are Ukrainians living in Vietnam because there has been war in Ukraine for five years. I have visas and ID documents and can provide proof if necessary.

However, the admin in the appeal chat completely ignored us and did not communicate or try to gather any information. After some time, the second account was also denied in the appeal.

I believe this ban is unfair. No admin contacted me or properly reviewed my case — I was simply ignored. I wrote every day for a week in Discord and submitted support tickets daily, but nobody wanted to help me.

I am writing to you in the hope that you will look into this situation and help resolve it
