My appeal (#51479a) was recently denied, but I’m still unsure what specific information was required from me. The admin stated: “Where are these supposed hours that you have? Because they are not on this account you are appealing on.”
For clarity, I used Steam login on the Rustoria support page, and my Rust account is linked to the same Steam account I referenced in the screenshots. I’m not sure if there was a misunderstanding regarding which account was being reviewed, so I would appreciate guidance on what additional information or verification is needed to resolve this.

I initially submitted an appeal asking what information was required to review my ban, which was issued for “High Risk Account.”

An administrator responded by stating that the hours I mentioned were not visible on the account I was appealing on and asked where those hours were.

In response, I provided a screenshot of my Steam profile showing my Rust playtime, another game with significantly higher hours to demonstrate the account is not newly created, and my Steam username visible on the same page.

The administrator then replied, “Provide the account where you have hours on please.”

As I believed I had already provided the requested information in the previous response, I asked for clarification on what additional details were needed, referencing the screenshot and confirming my Steam username.

Following this request for clarification, my appeal was denied without further explanation.

And all those lost kits of yours, your entire wipe's work, end up in your neighbours base - and we turn around and ban the cheater, but we tell you that those teammates can continue to play with all your stuff, because yeah they got all those kits, but they were actually just allied with the cheater.
