Hello, i started playing rust a couple years ago and never played before that. First time i tried to join Rustoria it says i am banned for "Cheating" (Never having played your servers). I did send an appeal asking why and trying to explain possible scenarios but the appeal got denied. I never understood why i would get banned if i never joined that server in the first place, and i most certainly never cheat in any game. I almost have 3k hours in rust, played on almost all servers till now and would love to try out Rustoria for once. It’s related to loading information — if you click on a server and the server details appear, then you can connect. But if it just keeps spinning while loading, then you won’t be able to connect.

Rest assured, when you go back, the houses will be gone.

Because the server is still running for certain players — they can still log in normally.

You won’t get in trouble because the game bans based on the main account. If you’re the one using cheats on your own device, then that’s risky — but if someone else hacks your account, it’s fine.

It seems that many other players are experiencing the same issue as me - they also can’t access the server. The number of tickets is too high, and the admins don’t have enough capacity to provide support.

Then you should create a ticket — make sure to distinguish between EAC and VAC. Your EAC is checked by Rust’s publisher.

Rest assured, they have server log files — they can check the time period before your account was hacked.

And one thing’s for sure if you didn’t hack, there’s no way you’d get banned. I find it strange because no one hacks a Steam account just to play Rust and get an EAC ban. What they’re really after is your inventory. Or maybe one of your friends was messing with you.
