I am rikko’s friend. He is not very good in english so he can’t explain this situation clearly. I will.

Rikko is good-known R2 player, he lefy this clan like 2 months ago. He is very good in pvp and, for sure, you could notice he is much better then average 4000h player.

He has been playing rust for many-many years and had many accounts during all this time.
Some of his accs he gave to his friends and, as u can see, some of them wasnt playing fair.
But this doesnt tell anything about Rikko. He is fair and absolutely clear player.

I have more than 10k hours in this game and I remember times when u didnt ban players for suspected accounts. U had no proofs Rikko wasnt clear because he is fair player.

He is ready to pass any check or verification.
Also, i am 100% sure u have all logs about bans so you can see, his second account has been banned when it was another PC and other IP-adress.
At last, if Rikko really was trying to evade his previous cheating ban, would he send you his banned account? He didnt know it is banned on rustoria.

He is very experienced player and you can’t left him banned only for having less amount of hours on his account. You can check battlemetrics and clearly see that all of his hours were really played.

One more time, if you dont trust this guy, he is ready for any verification, included pc-check or you can message R2 stuff and ask them about him. That’s very old and good-known player

when you connect via vpn you tend to use a "direct path" to reach the server, when you don't you use some random routing between different providers which change often and might not be the most optimized

it's like driving on highway vs driving on normal roads

what matters is the routing, if your internet provider decide to use some cheap route to interconnect and make you go 3 times around the world or do not want to delest some traffic to alternative routes or if there are ddos running on some routes well ...

since everything goes via internet nowadays well eurovision/sport events/... have more impact on the routing than some random conflict
