But yeah, if you disagree with anything, or believe they are evading bans, then please do submit tickets about it so the situation can be remedied. The last thing we want is for players to be unhappy about how we handle situations, you guys are the reason we're here, doing what we do. I'm not currently able to look into it, so a ticket really is your best bet here.

sometimes is an issue with speed, the routing is too long and by the time it pings to say yes to the server, its been too long so times out. Could try a vpn?
