I really like playing on the 10x but it’s too low players playing there right now. I spend much time on that 10x, I read that you can’t be admin and play I think that is bad you need active admins playing on the server that can help players and ban cheaters faster, it’s doesn’t matter if you are admin and play if you have the right staff. I was staff and played and help people on one server, not rustoria, and deal with cheaters that made it grow. I think you should find people that spend time playing and just wants what is the best for players on rustoria. I want you to build up a bigger player base on that 10x but you can’t do that like it’s is, just think about it and I can help you fixing up the player amount again, have a great day!

There is no way to separate this information from the information you gain while playing the game, meaning admins would always have a massive advantage if they were to play and admin on the same server, whether it's a conscious or unconscious thing. Secondarily you can also set a limit per panel, meaning that a single user can open a certain amount of tickets on the given panel. Note that the Global Limit takes precedence upon Panel Limit, to set the latter follow this procedure:

I’ve just received a ban for “playing with a cheater”, and I truly believe this must be a misunderstanding. I’ve been playing Rust for over 2500 hours, and around 2000 hours of that time has been spent only on Rustoria servers. I’ve never used cheats or supported anyone who did.
