You get 1000 reward points for every hour played, they are used to claim kits for the modded servers and can be used on raffles and you keep the points. VIP for vanilla servers gives you a queue skip for the time you have it.

It might help if you think about it a different way: imagine you report a cheater and they get banned, but everyone in the cheater's team keeps playing with the loot that the cheater took from you. It would feel unfair to you, right?
