The fact that your subjective opinion is that "they weren't that good" or "we only lost and were poor" - is a hallmark of teammates that have been lied to, and it's sadly something we see a lot. You'll realise eventually that you've been lied to, and that in fact, admins have no reason to target random individuals of the tens of thousands of unique connections we get every week. It's just easier to believe people you think are your friends over admins you don't know, we get it 🙂

Their ban unfortunately has nothing to do with us. They are temp EAC banned. We have provided the service that we were offering, we can't control who our players play with/who EAC bans.. Until they have cleared your teammate we can not remove your ban, and they will not be able to play the game until then as well.
