It can happen when you connection from your router is taking too long to connect to the server. Restarting router was a good solution, it is probably the routing to the server is delaying somewhere causing it to time out from not getting a responce from your router.

I'm not sure whats happening but that's not how premium works, facebpunch lets you view or hides premium servers based on your specific account.

So i'm confident your dealing with another issue, when your back at your pc can you try connect to server, take screenshot of the error it gives you and send to me, from there I can get it investigated.
