Hi there, Admin, I would like to understand how on earth my ban appeal was denied and I would like to be sent the exact proof and reasoning. For such an easy case, you would think you would be able to get back to me asap, but no, it took just short of 24 hours to make the decision that I was, yes, you heard me correctly - WAS GUILTY of playing with a cheater even though I had no knowledge whatsoever of doing so I would like to request a full report of my appeal and find out which of the administrative staff has messed up so badly - as they should be cautioned ; making up false accusations is a very serious matter, especially when no evidence is provided. I also expect to have the ban fully reversed and to be compensated for the trouble of this appeal. For the admin staff, who are clearly untrained into any sort of investigative processes, to look at the most easy appeal and decide, you know what, "maybe we should just ban him for the sake of it with zero concrete evidence even though the defendant can clearly provide concrete evidence to support them", surely cannot be fit for their role. I am OUTRAGED by this decision and I am DISGUSTED by the members of staff here who call themselves "admins". If this is not dealt wit, and my ban revoked, within 24 hours I will simply have to report this to a manager of some sort. Terrible customer service, the worst, most blind admins, and above all else, the most blatant, obvious wrong decision which is in fact laughable!
