There are 2 staff managers, Luke and Monologic. Both have told the player he is banned, I then furthered that opinion of them being banned. That is 3/3 members of the management team. Again I'm not going to back and forth here with you about a situation that isn't your ban. You can take the advice and stop playing with them, or you can continue to play with them and get banned on other servers as well along with them.

Nothing is an "oh well moment" - but things move slightly more slowly than just making random snap decisions in the midst of large scale network issues, when we have an update on proceedings, the players will be the first to get it 🙂

A rollback does nothing to solve the issue, as the issue will continue until fixed, meaning a rollback every what, 30 minutes?

About a month ago I got banned on Rustoria Servers for cheating , and I was cheating 100% , I was drunk asf and made the decision myself to buy a 3 day key for a cheat and used it on my main account that has 13,000 hours . I dont expect you guys to show remorse but I genuinely regret it because now I can't even play with my friends that I've known for over 6 years and now that I even tried to play with them again , I got them banned and feel like an asshole that they have to deal with my mistakes . I just wanted to come forward with full transparency because cheating isn't the real me , I made a dumb mistake and took a lot of tolls because of it
