I think perhaps we're having a language issue - but to be clear, an admin processing an appeal, and not finding what was contained in the appeal sufficient to justify reversing a ban, is not ignoring an appeal - it's denying it.

No one is magically banned, no one is banned for playing our server, your friends have been very deliberately banned, have appealed, and have had those appeals denied, as far as I've understood from you thus far (I don't have a clue who you or your friends are, or what your situation is)

It's always the same, no one has faith in the system anymore. It's just a joke.
You open a ticket, it gets closed with the message "We found no evidence", 2/3 days later we get the notification from EAC that the guy was banned.
I'll just wait on the EAC to do its thing. It's just crazy that admins don't casually look into the leaderboards and check on the top players, just to see if they're really good or not.
Checking this guy would take 15sec of watching him PVP, running towards groups with M2 full sprinting and killing everyone.

When you fight them enough, you start to know which type of player you're fighting. I have nothing against dying, losing raids or loot. Once you're in your arena you will have a button for arena settings, here you can edit the kits you are using, as well as starting the duel
