It’s difficult to give an estimate at any one time due to different variables, sometimes it can be 15~ minutes or if it’s a wipe day or a significant amount of tickets coming in it can take an hour or so. Either way the ticket will be looked at in the shortest possible time by the next available admin and you’ll get a reply in game once their investigation is finished

I’m writing to appeal a ban I received the moment I joined the Rustoria server for the first time. I had never played on this server before, and as soon as I connected, I was instantly banned without even having the chance to move or interact in-game.

I want to make it absolutely clear that I have never used cheats, scripts, or any third-party software. I always play Rust fairly and have no history of cheating. That’s why this ban came as a complete shock to me.

Could you please look into this and let me know what triggered the ban?

Was it an automatic detection from an anti-cheat system?

Was the ban related to my Steam account, IP address, or something else?

Is there a chance this was a false positive or mistake?

I’m genuinely just trying to play the game fairly and was hoping to try out Rustoria, since it has such a great reputation. I’d really appreciate it if you could double-check this situation and let me know if there’s anything I can do to resolve it.
