Team UI is how many people you can have in the "UI" as in the green text bottom left where you see your teammates, but you can be more than what that team UI limit is. Whereas clan limit is the max amount of players you are allowed to be teaming with no matter what. Hope that makes sense.

Rustoria servers have a 2 minute queue protection not skip. Which means you get to join the server again within those 2 minutes, but if you don't make it you'll have to wait in queue unfortunately.
