Possibly, though I don't think so. Bunkers can be weird sometimes so it is possible. I'm also guessing your bag might've been destroyed by some type of instability in your base. Sometimes just picking up a door or anything like that can do some weird things. We unfortunately can't help you though, since admins don't interfere with gameplay

This Long wipe i opened 8 ticket. From the 8 tickets Rustoria Admins baned 2 from Rustoria (Not gameban). From the remaining 6, 1 could be legit player, but from the remaining 5 got game baned while admins said they are legit 😄
