If you have the ticket ID's of the players you have game banned that we did not ban in your ticket, I would still appreciate you sending over those ID's so I can take a look and see what happened. We ban hundreds of cheaters everyday though and get to tickets as fast as humanly possible with how many are open.

Not sure if this is allowed here cus its about rust itself rather than about rustoria, but either way please help 🙏
So for starters, my PC is relatively good, (AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 16GB T-Force Ram, NVIDIA RTX 3080) However, I have to turn my graphics quality almost ALL THE WAY DOWN for my game to even run, otherwise my game will crash almost instantly upon loading into a server. This only starting happening recently after I updated my NVIDIA app and optimized rust through there, but after noticing the issue it caused I reset settings to default yet it still happens. Previously I was running rust on 100+ Frames at high graphics settings with little to no issue, now however, 60-70 frames (even on lower settings) AND if I attempt to up my settings, my game will just crash. Is there a setting in either rust or NVIDIA i could've enabled that would cause this? I'm fairly positive the issue is my ram as when I open task manager with rust open my ram usage is in the 90%'s. Obviously I understand I could fix this buy buying more ram, but seeing as this never happened before I'd rather have spending $50-60 be a last resort rather than my first option. Any help is appreciated!, also if you need more info just ask.
