Im adamant about the 7 day ban because you were banned for playing with a cheater, which is tough luck - It happens sometimes.
There are also other reasons I think the ban is reasonable which I am not in a position to discuss.
To allow you back on the server would be accepting that you gained an advantage (unknowingly) and your loot is a result of cheater influence, disadvantaging other players who may have interacted with you in game.
Your ban will remain.

This 7 day ban rule must be new. When I was banned in the past for hacker association, I had it appealed the next day. Admins seemed to understand things done with malicious intent versus those that aren't. Paying for VIP on here is very much a regretful endeavor every single time.

Are you trying to upload a clip to your ticket? If the clip is too big you will get this error, you can submit your ticket without it or upload it to a service like YouTube or Streamable and share the link with us and we'll review it that way
