I have BPs (the scrap I was farming to share BPs with my group is locked in keylocked base) and now everyone will be stuck with nothing on main wipe tomorrow. A few of our members have monthly VIP, and now I feel awful that their wipe is likely to be ruined being super far behind on week 3 of BP wipe without any BPs.

Is this the kind of thing they might be able to speak to payment support about? Or would it be pointless to try and get any added time for them?
Just wondering about whether I should try and send them there or just not bother and wish them a good wipe without me if this isn't sorted in time.

Not really possible in the time left, would be more worthwhile for them to farm more, and it's more about the 7k odd scrap that's unobtainable because it's already researched into items. I'm not wondering about getting my appeal process sped up, I accept that these things take time and appreciate that the focus is on getting cheaters banned.

My main question was this: Their next wipe will likely be ruined because of (what I believe is) an error on your end, and I'm wondering if there's any way they can request extra VIP time as compensation or if there would be no point sending them all to try and wasting everyones time.

If we didnt have so many cheaters in this game wwouldnt have an issue making allies in this game, we have no ideaq they are cheating, never shared or got lot from or with them, just a weird rule where we legit only were in tea UI never even played with or helped them. Force wipe is the first Thursday of the month. We wipe the following if applicable:

  • Map
  • Blueprints
  • Shop points

3x will skip the wipe on Friday. 10x will wipe again on Friday.

Force wipe typically happens around 2PM EST / 7PM UK / 8PM CET.

Hey guys, my markers on the map have been bugged since force wipe. (2 weeks now)
This is the only server I've encountered this problem. It keeps placing a yellow marker on my map called: "auto-marker" which I can't remove and seems to move from place to place and eventually takes over my death marker. I can't change any of the names of my markers, emblems or colors either.
