My clan, SAS, and I were recently banned because a player named Forde was caught using cheats. However, we had only just recruited him for testing, and he wasn't even officially part of our clan (he didn't have our tag). When he joined us for this wipe on US Medium, we were all banned along with him.

None of us were aware that he was using cheats, and we had no involvement in his actions. We have since removed him from everything and completely cut ties with him. Given that neither I nor my clan had any knowledge or participation in his cheating, I kindly ask for my account to be unbanned.

First try closing Rust and restarting Steam. If this doesn't work, then:
