The server needs time to update the information that you have been unbanned. If you try to connect before the server has that information, it will continue to kick you. If you spam connect, it will cause a delay in the update to the server with the correct unban information.

Yes, EAC, if it does all that much, nah probably not. But it's not an easy job. Defending against hackers is basically like a Rust raid, someone's trying to vault your walls, someone's shooting rockets from far away, someone's c4ing from the other side and you're just out there trying to defend. You can kill them, sometimes, but it's a zerg, they keep coming and coming. And tada, you got raided 🙂
